Long-Term Care Services Act Article 24
The regulations governing the application requirements, establishment standards, and qualifications for persons in charge of long-term care institutions—as well as the application procedures, review criteria, and mandatory contents of the establishment permit for their establishment, expansion, or relocation—shall be determined by the central competent authority.Regarding the establishment and staffing of long-term care institutions in indigenous areas, the central competent authority shall determine these regulations in conjunction with the central indigenous authority.
