Long-Term Care Services Act Article 13
The items of family caregiver support services are as follows:1. Provision of information and referral services.2. Training in long-term care (LTC) knowledge and skills.3. Respite care services.4. Referral to emotional support services and group support programs.5. Other services that enhance the capabilities and quality of life of family caregivers.The application, assessment, provision, and other required procedures for the support services in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

家庭照顧者支持服務提供之項目如下：
一、有關資訊之提供及轉介。
二、長照知識、技能訓練。
三、喘息服務。
四、情緒支持及團體服務之轉介。
五、其他有助於提升家庭照顧者能力及其生活品質之服務。
前項支持服務之申請、評估、提供及其他應遵行事項，由中央主管機關定之。
