Act of Human Rights Protection and Compensation for Hansen’s Disease Patients Article 7
The competent authority shall finish the review within three months after receiving an application and inform the applicant about the result.Applicants who are confirmed by the competent authority through the review to be qualified for compensation shall be given the compensation in a lump sum within two months from the day following the delivery of the review result notification.Compensation will not be given if not claimed over two years from the day next to the delivery of the aforesaid notification.
中文原文 漢生病病患人權保障及補償條例第7條
主管機關應於受理申請後三個月內審查完竣，並將審查結果通知申請人。
經主管機關審查認定符合補償資格者，應於審查結果通知送達之翌日起二個月內一次發給補償金。
前項通知自通知送達領取之翌日起逾二年未領取者，不予發給。
