Regulations on Preferred Procurement for Products and Services Produced in Disability Welfare Care Facilities and Institutions and Sheltered Workshops Article 3
When determining a reasonable price as described in Subparagraph 5 of the preceding article, an obligated procurement unit shall take into consideration the operating costs borne by the institution, organization, or workshop.
