Regulations on Preferred Procurement for Products and Services Produced in Disability Welfare Care Facilities and Institutions and Sheltered Workshops Article 12
Obligated procurement units shall inspect the documentation submitted by preferred providers, verify its authenticity with the competent authority, and if necessary, request assistance from said authority.
