Regulations for Assessment of and Rewards for Children and Youth Welfare Institutes by Ministry of Health and Welfare Article 10
The MOHW may suspend the subsidy on capital expenditure for one year if the children and youth welfare institutes are classified to Grade C or Grade D after assessment.Institutes described in the preceding paragraph shall submit an improvement plan to the MOHW within three months of the announcement of results. The MOHW shall designate appropriate professional personnel or another children and youth welfare institute to provide the necessary guidance.Institutes described in Paragraph 1 may be exempt from the limitations set forth in the same paragraph if they receive a ‘B’ or better grade in the secondary assessment held nine months following the announcement of the original assessment results.

經評鑑為丙等或丁等之兒童及少年福利機構，本部應停止政府資本支出之補助一年。
前項機構應於評鑑結果公布三個月內提出改善計畫，送本部審查；本部應遴選適當之專業人員或兒童及少年福利機構予以輔導。
本部於評鑑結果公布後九個月內應辦理機構複評，經複評成績為乙等以上者，得解除第一項之限制。
