Act of Assistance for Family in Hardship Article 13-1
The right to claim any allowances or subsidies under this Act shall not be subject to attachment, assignment, or used as collateral.Recipients of allowances or subsidies under this Act may submit certification documents issued by the competent authority of the municipality or county (city) to open a designated bank account. The account must include the name, address, account number, and account holder information of the financial institution. Upon approval by the competent authority, the account shall be used exclusively for the deposit of such allowances or subsidies.The savings in the account described above shall not be detained, transferred, or used for guarantee purposes.

依本條例請領各項津貼或補助之權利，不得扣押、讓與或供擔保。
依本條例請領各項津貼或補助者，得檢具直轄市、縣（市）主管機關出具之證明文件，於金融機構開立專戶，並載明金融機構名稱、地址、帳號及戶名，報直轄市、縣（市）主管機關核可後，專供存入各項津貼或補助之用。
前項專戶內之存款，不得作為扣押、抵銷、供擔保或強制執行之標的。
