Act of Assistance for Family in Hardship Article 11
Applicants who meet the requirements of Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 4 and are unable to afford litigation expenses may apply for legal litigation subsidies. The maximum subsidy amount shall not exceed NT$50,000.Applications for legal litigation subsidies shall be submitted to the competent authority at the applicant’s place of household registration within three months of the occurrence of the relevant event, along with the required documents: proof of eligibility, the original receipt for attorney’s fees, and a copy of the litigation or judgment document.

符合第四條第一項第三款規定，而無力負擔訴訟費用者，得申請法律訴訟補助。
其標準最高金額以新臺幣五萬元為限。
