Regulations Governing Qualifications and Trainings of Professional Personnel of Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 25
Instituties located in remote areas, offshore islands, and Indigenous communities that shelter youths placed by court orders or rulings as well as children and youths testing positive for HIV (including suspected and confirmed cases) and that have difficulty finding professional personnel meeting the necessary qualifications may request a special exemption review from the competent authority of a municipal or county (city) government. The qualification requirements may be relaxed following approval from the central competent authority.

偏遠、離島、原住民地區，收容依法院交付或裁定安置輔導、疑似或感染人類免疫缺乏病毒兒童少年之機構，遴用專業人員有困難者，得專案報請直轄市、縣（市）主管機關審查，並經中央主管機關同意後酌予放寬人員資格。
