Regulations Governing Qualifications and Trainings of Professional Personnel of Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 23
Personnel who have completed the necessary training courses and received a course-completion certificate under the Implementation Plan for Children Welfare Professional Personnel Training prior to the enforcement of these regulations shall be deemed as having completed the necessary professional personnel training courses.
