Enforcement Rules of the Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 3

In addition to colleges, institutes, departments, or divisions at senior high schools or above, the government agencies may entrust the relevant authorities, schools, or organizations with the training and selection of child and juvenile welfare professionals described in Article 11 of the Act.The frequency for the regular organization of pre-service and in-service training by government agencies, as described in Article 11 of the Act, shall be no less than once per year.
