Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 84
Child and juvenile welfare institutions shall not use their operations for any improper publicity; when accepting donations, they shall publicly verify them and shall not use donations for purposes other than their establishment purpose. The competent authority shall conduct guidance, supervision, inspection, incentives, and regular evaluations of child and juvenile welfare institutions and publish evaluation reports and results.The regulations for the evaluation subjects, items, methods, and incentive methods mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the competent authority.

兒童及少年福利機構不得利用其事業為任何不當之宣傳；其接受捐贈者，應公開徵信，並不得利用捐贈為設立目的以外之行為。
主管機關應辦理輔導、監督、檢查、獎勵及定期評鑑兒童及少年福利機構並公布評鑑報告及結果。
前項評鑑對象、項目、方式及獎勵方式等辦法，由主管機關定之。
