Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 80
Special municipality and county (city) education competent authorities shall employ social workers or full-time counselors to perform relevant duties under this Act.The qualifications, establishment, and implementation regulations for the personnel mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the central education competent authority.
