Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 77
Infant care centers shall arrange group insurance for the children they care for.The scope, amount, payment method, period, payment standards, rights and obligations, operation methods, and other relevant matters of the group insurance mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the special municipality or county (city) competent authority.

托嬰中心應為其收托之兒童辦理團體保險。
前項團體保險，其範圍、金額、繳費方式、期程、給付標準、權利與義務、辦理方式及其他相關事項之辦法，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關定之。
