Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 77-1
Infant care centers shall install surveillance video equipment.The regulations for the installation, management, processing, utilization, viewing, preservation methods and duration of video and audio data from the surveillance video equipment mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and other related matters shall be determined by the central competent authority.
