During the placement period, children and juveniles shall not be subjected to interviews, interrogations, questioning, or physical examinations unless for the purpose of protecting the child or juvenile.When children and juveniles are subjected to interviews, interrogations, questioning, or physical examinations, social workers shall accompany them and protect their privacy.

安置期間，非為貫徹保護兒童及少年之目的，不得使其接受訪談、偵訊、訊問或身體檢查。
