Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 112
If an adult instigates, assists, or exploits a child or juvenile to commit a crime, or jointly commits a crime with them, or intentionally commits a crime against them, the penalty shall be increased by up to one-half. However, if the respective crime has special penalty provisions for victims who are children or juveniles, those provisions shall apply.The competent authority may independently file a complaint for crimes against children and juveniles.

成年人教唆、幫助或利用兒童及少年犯罪或與之共同實施犯罪或故意對其犯罪者，加重其刑至二分之一。
