People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 97
An agency/organization/institution, association, or private school receiving subsidies from the governments which violates Paragraph 2 of Article 69 without proper reasons shall be fined a sum no less than NT20,000andnomorethanNT100,000 by the competent authorities in charge of specific business.

接受政府補助之機構、團體、私立學校無正當理由違反第六十九條第二項規定者，由各目的事業主管機關處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰。
