People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 39
To employ people with disabilities, the government departments (agencies) of individual levels, public schools, and public business agencies shall request the Examination Yuan to arrange a special examination for people with disabilities and remove the unreasonable restrictions on the grade of anthropometric status requirement to people with disabilities occurred in the examinations for government employees (civil servants/public officials).

各級政府機關、公立學校及公營事業機構為進用身心障礙者，應洽請考試院依法舉行身心障礙人員特種考試，並取消各項公務人員考試對身心障礙人員體位之不合理限制。
