People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 104-1
To any violation of the provisions of Article 59, the competent authority shall order to make improvements within a limited time period. Failure to comply with such order will be warned first, followed by fines of NTD10,000 to NTD50,000 for the second compliance failure; the institution and the name of the person in charge will be announced in the case of serious condition.

違反第五十九條規定者，經主管機關令限期改善，仍不改善者，予以警告；經警告仍不改善者，處新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰；其情節重大者，並得公告其事業單位及負責人姓名。
