Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Implementation Act Article 8
1.When the rights and interests of persons with disabilities protected by the Convention and its relevant rules and regulations are infringed upon, or cannot or are difficult to implement, they may file administrative appeals, lawsuits, or resort to other remedies to assert their rights. The same applies if the infringed rights and interests are protected by other international conventions ratified or acceded to by Taiwan and their relevant rules and regulations. 2.If a person with disabilities appoints a lawyer to exercise rights in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the government shall provide legal aid in accordance with the law. Such legal aid services may be entrusted to the Legal Aid Foundation or other private organizations. 3.To safeguard the human rights of persons with disabilities, the government shall provide relevant training for judicial personnel.

身心障礙者受公約及其有關法規保障之權益遭受侵害、無法或難以實施者，得依法提起訴願、訴訟或其他救濟管道主張權利；侵害之權益係屬其他我國已批准或加入之國際公約及其有關法規保障者，亦同。
