Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Implementation Act Article 7

1.The government shall establish a reporting system for the rights of persons with disabilities in accordance with the Convention. The initial national report shall be submitted within two years after this Act takes effect, followed by national reports every four years. Relevant experts, scholars, and representatives from civil society organizations shall be invited to review these reports. 2.The experts and scholars mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall include those with experience in matters related to the rights of persons with disabilities in the United Nations. 3.The government shall review and formulate subsequent policy directions based on the review opinions and regularly track and evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation.
