Amendments to the Regulations on Selection and Training of Professional Workers Providing Welfare Services for People with Disabilities Article 18
Professional workers providing welfare service for people with disabilities shall take at least 20 hours of on-the-job training related to welfare service for people with disabilities every year.The above training shall be organized based on the needs of practice and shall include contents prescribed in People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act or related to services for people with disabilities.The on-the-job training specified in the first paragraph shall be organized by:1. Competent authorities or institutions or organizations entrusted or subsidized by the competent authorities.2. Institutions or organizations.

身心障礙者服務人員每年應接受至少二十小時身心障礙福利服務相關課程之在職訓練。
前項相關課程，應依從業需求規劃辦理，並應包含身心障礙者權益保障相關法令及身心障礙者服務相關內容。
第一項在職訓練辦理方式如下：
一、由主管機關自行、委託或補助機構、團體辦理。
二、由機構、團體自行辦理。
