Amendments to the Regulations on Selection and Training of Professional Workers Providing Welfare Services for People with Disabilities Article 17
Regulations on course contents, qualifications, and hours of training of the professional workers are prescribed by the central competent authorities.The above training of the professional workers is organized by the competent authorities or institutions or organizations entrusted or approved by the competent authorities.Those who have passed the training held in accordance with these Regulations will be granted a winding-up certificate by the training organizer.
中文原文 身心障礙者服務人員資格訓練及管理辦法第17條
本辦法所定資格訓練，其課程內容、師資條件及時數，由中央主管機關公告之。
前項資格訓練，由主管機關自行、委託或由經主管機關審查核定之機構、團體辦理。
資格訓練成績合格者，由訓練主辦單位發給結業證明書。
