Amendments to the Regulations on Selection and Training of Professional Workers Providing Welfare Services for People with Disabilities Article 13
A life skill trainer for the visually impaired shall meet one of the following qualifications:1. Holds a certificate of completion for training in life skills instruction for the visually impaired.2. Work experience of three years or more in life skills instruction for the visually impaired in a unit that provides services related to support for the visually impaired(experience accumulated prior to the enforcement of the amendment of these Regulations on July 11, 2012).

視覺功能障礙生活技能訓練員應具下列資格之一：
一、領有視覺功能障礙生活技能訓練員訓練結業證明書。
二、本辦法中華民國一百零一年七月十一日修正施行前，曾於視覺功能障礙服務提供單位實際從事視覺功能障礙生活技能訓練工作三年以上。
