Regulations for the Establishment and Permission of Private Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 2
Business attributes including the word “private” shall be specified in the names of children and youth welfare institutes established by private individuals or groups. The name of the same business attribute shall not be repeated in the same administrative district.

私人或團體設立兒童及少年福利機構之名稱，應標明業務性質，並冠以私立二字。
