Senior Citizens Welfare Act Article 32
Municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall assist middle- and low-income elderly with house repairs or provide rental subsidies.Regulations regarding eligibility, items, content, and other relevant matters related to the assistance in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the respective municipal and county (city) competent authorities. However, if otherwise specified by law, such provisions shall prevail.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應協助中低收入老人修繕住屋或提供租屋補助。
前項協助修繕住屋或租屋補助之對象、補助項目與內容及其他相關事項之規定，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關定之。
但其他法律有特別規定者，從其規定。
