Senior Citizens Welfare Act Article 21
Municipal and city/county competent authorities shall regularly provide health checkups and healthcare services for the elderly, and shall offer follow-up services based on the results of such checkups and the willingness of the elderly.The guidelines for the healthcare services, follow-up services, and the items and methods of health checkups of the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應定期舉辦老人健康檢查及保健服務，並依健康檢查結果及老人意願，提供追蹤服務。
