Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act Article 13

The places for selling tobacco products shall, at conspicuous locations, post the warning images and texts required by the front section of Paragraph 2 of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of Article 16, and Article 17.The display of tobacco products or tobacco product containers shall be limited to the extent necessary for consumers to acquire the brand names and prices of the products.The scope, content, and methods of the posting and displaying required by the preceding two paragraphs, and other requirements, shall be stipulated by the central competent authority.
