The competent authorities shall organize educational and public awareness activities on rare diseases; said activities shall be conducted with the assistance of organizations, schools, civic groups, and mass media.When rare disease patients encounter problems in school enrollment, employment, or life support, the competent authority shall coordinate with relevant organizations (institutions) for assistance.

主管機關應辦理罕見疾病之教育及宣導，並由機關、學校、團體及大眾傳播媒體協助進行。
