Regulations for Assisted Reproduction Institution Permit Article 5
The specific training referred to in Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 2 shall be as follows:1. A minimum of three months of training courses in infertility, assisted reproductive technology, counseling and related laws received from a medical care institution accredited by the competent authority.2. At least eighteen (18) hours of continuing education classes in every three years covering infertility, assisted reproductive technology, reproductive endocrinology, counseling, psychology, ethics and law, approved by the competent authority, and in which the classes of psychology, ethics and law shall be no less than three (3) hours.Verifying documents containing relevant training content shall be obtained for the training described in the preceding paragraph.

第二條第一款第三目所定一定訓練，規定如下：
一、於主管機關認定之醫療機構接受三個月以上不孕症、人工生殖技術、諮商及相關法令等訓練。
二、每三年接受十八小時以上經主管機關認定之不孕症、人工生殖技術、生殖內分泌、諮商、心理、倫理及法律課程之繼續教育，且心理、倫理及法律課程不得少於三小時。
前項之訓練，應取得載有相關訓練內容之證明文件。
一、於主管機關認定之醫療機構接受三個月以上不孕症、人工生殖技術、諮商及相關法令等訓練。
