The investigator should follow the trial's randomization procedures.Under the preceding randomization procedures, the code should be broken only in accordance with the protocol.If the trial is blinded, the investigator should promptly document and explain to the sponsor any premature unblinding of the investigational product(s).

試驗主持人應遵從臨床試驗之隨機分配程序。
前項隨機分配程序若可解碼，應僅依據試驗計畫書規定解碼。
若臨床試驗採盲性設計，而試驗藥品有任何提早解碼之情況，試驗主持人應立即對試驗委託者解釋，並作書面紀錄。
