Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 40
When a case under the preceding Article is jointly reported by two or more persons, the reward shall be collected jointly by the persons who made the original report. If two or more persons separately report a case and the particulars of the case are the same, the reward shall be issued to the first person to make the report; if the order of reporting cannot be determined, the reward shall be divided equally among the persons who made reports.

二人以上聯名舉發前條之案件，其獎金應由原舉發人聯名具領。
二人以上分別舉發案件而有相同部分者，其獎金應發給最先舉發者；如無法分別先後時，平均分發之。
