Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 39
If counterfeit drugs, misbranded drugs, prohibited drugs, defective medical devices, or medical devices manufactured or imported without prior approval are seized in response to an informant's report, a reward may be issued by the competent health authority of the special municipality or county (or county-level city) based on the point system below:1. Reports of the manufacture or importation of counterfeit drugs, prohibited drugs, or medical devices manufactured or imported without prior approval: 4 to 10 points.2. Reports of the wholesale resale (or transfer) of counterfeit drugs, prohibited drugs, or medical devices manufactured or imported without prior approval: 2 to 5 points.3. Reports of the retailing, shipment, storage (or acceptance for storage), a person acting as a broker for, or the display with intent to sell of counterfeit drugs, prohibited drugs, or medical devices manufactured or imported without prior approval: 2 to 3 points.4. Reports of the manufacture, importation, or sale of misbranded drugs or defective medical devices: 2 to 3 points.The monetary amount correlated with each point will be determined by the competent health authority of the special municipality or county (or county-level city) as it deems appropriate under the circumstances, and it shall also make budgetary allocations for that purpose. When necessary, the central competent health authority may allocate funds to subsidize rewards for seizures.

舉發偽藥、劣藥、禁藥、不良醫療器材或未經核准製造或輸入之醫療器材經緝獲者，應由直轄市或縣（市）衛生主管機關依左列標準計點核發獎金：
一、舉發製造或輸入偽藥、禁藥或未經核准製造或輸入醫療器材者：四至十點。
二、舉發以批發方式轉售（讓）偽藥、禁藥或未經核准製造或輸入醫療器材者：二至五點。
三、舉發零售、運送、儲（寄）藏、牙保或意圖販賣而陳列偽藥、禁藥或未經核准製造或輸入醫療器材者：二至三點。
四、舉發製造、輸入、販賣劣藥或不良醫療器材者：二至三點。
每點獎金之數額，由直轄市或縣（市）衛生主管機關視情況訂定，並編列預算支應之。
中央衛生主管機關於必要時，得編列緝獲獎金補助之。
