Regulations Governing Drug Abuse Urine Testing Operations Article 7
The testing institution shall take the following safety measures for the disposal of specimens and in the storage place of test data:1. Any unauthorized person may not dispose the urine specimen or participate in the disposal conducted by the testing institution;2. Any person may not enter the storage place of urine or data without being accompanied by authorized personnel; and3. When an authorized person needs to dispose the urine specimen,participate in the disposal conducted by the testing institution or enter the storage place of data, the name, date and time shall be recorded.

檢驗機構對於檢體之處理及檢驗資料保存場所，應採取下列之安全措施：
一、未獲授權人員不得處理尿液檢體或參與檢驗機構之處理程序。
二、未經授權人員陪同，不得逕自進入儲存尿液檢體或資料區域。
三、經授權之人員如需處理尿液檢體、參與檢驗機構之處理程序或進入儲存資料區域，應記錄姓名、日期及時間。
