Regulations Governing Commissioned for Food Sanitation Testing Article 7
The Commissioned Entity shall inform the competent authorities of any and all changes regarding the directors or examiners of the testing division or relevant testing facilities or equipment. If the above changes are serious enough to affect the entity ’ s ability to test the commissioned items, the competent authorities shall ask said entity to improve within a specific period of time.Failure to make satisfactory improvements will result in the dissolution of the contract for the commissioned work.

受託機構於檢驗部門主管、檢驗人員或檢驗有關場所、設備異動時，應即通知委託機關。
前項異動足以影響受委託檢驗項目之能力時，主管機關得限期令其改善，屆期未改善者，應終止其委託。
