Accreditation Of Certification Body And Sanitation And Safety Control Of Food Businesses Of Certification Regulations Article 21
Under one of the following circumstances, where violation of a food business is of a serious scale or where the food business fails to complete implementation of remedial measures within the prescribed deadline notified by the certification body, the certification body shall revoke the certification of the food business and demand return of its certification certificate:1.Failure to maintain compliance with the provisions of the sanitation and safety management system.2.Evasion and obstruction of the implementation of or refusal to implement the follow-up examination conducted by the certification body or the witness assessment conducted by the central competent authority.3.Violation of the Article 18.A copy of the notification for invalidation of certification imposed pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be furnished to the central competent authority.

食品業者有下列情形之一，其情節重大或驗證機構通知限期改善而屆期未改善者，驗證機構得廢止其驗證，並收回驗證證明書：
一、未符合衛生安全管理系統之規範。
二、規避、妨礙或拒絕驗證機構之追蹤查驗或中央主管機關之見證評鑑。
三、違反第十八條規定。
前項廢止處分作成時，應副知中央主管機關。
