Applications in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations may be filed by the food industry operators on the web platform of Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, with the documents and information scanned and uploaded.After completion of applications by food business operators for permit document extension, amendment of registration contents, document transference or document replacement pursuant to provisions in the preceding paragraph, the original permit document shall be sent to the central competent authority for registration or cancellation.
