Regulations Governing the Management of the Review, Registration and Issuance of Permit Documents for Food and Related Products Article 2
The term “review and registration” herein stated refer to the process of review, test, and registration and the issuance of permit documents.The registration referred in the preceding paragraph shall include the following information based on the product classification and characteristics:1.Product name in Chinese and foreign language,2.Ingredients,3.Packaging,4.Name and address of the manufacturer,5.Name and address of the applicant,6.Validity period of the permit document,7.Other registration information designated by the central competent authority.

本辦法所稱查驗登記，指審查、檢驗、登載及核發許可文件之程序。
前項許可文件之登載內容，依產品類別及特性，包括下列事項：
一、中文及外文品名。
二、原料成分。
三、包裝。
四、製造廠名稱及地址。
五、申請廠商名稱及地址。
六、許可文件有效期間。
七、其他中央主管機關指定之事項。
