The Food Inspection Measure Regulation Article 6

Under any one of the following circumstances, the competent authority may request the assistance of police agency in accordance with the article 19 of the Administrative Procedure Act or article 6 of the Administrative Execution Act.1. If it is necessary for the purpose of protecting inspector’s safety or keeping order of the scene.2. If discovered crime or violation, and it is necessary to investigate and enforce.3. Encounter violence threat or resistance during the enforcement.
