Chinese:: 食品安全衛生管理法施行細則第20條

The term “bulk foods” referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 25 of this Act shall mean products sold without packaging, or with packaging but meet one of the following circumstances:1.Do not have unpackaged identifiability.2.Do not extend the shelf life.3.Are not sealed.4.Are not packaged for the purpose of expanding the scope of distribution.

本法第二十五條第一項所稱散裝食品，指陳列販賣時無包裝，或有包裝而有下列情形之一者：
一、不具啟封辨識性。
二、不具延長保存期限。
三、非密封。
四、非以擴大販賣範圍為目的。
