Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation Article 54

In addition to being handled pursuant to Article 52, foods, food additives, food utensils, food containers or packaging and food cleansers which are found to be under any of the circumstances described in Subparagraph 1 or 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 52 may be subject to a ban by the central competent authority on manufacture, sale, import or export through a public announcement.Where a product that is subject to prohibition according to the preceding paragraph was registered and licensed by the central competent authority, the relevant license may be revoked.
