Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation Article 53
After the municipal or county (city) competent authority has ordered the recall and destruction of products within a prescribed time period, or taken other necessary measures pursuant to Paragraph 1 of the preceding article, the food business operator shall submit information regarding the handling process, results, and improvements to the municipal or county (city) competent authority for recordation before the deadline.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關經依前條第一項規定，命限期回收銷毀產品或為其他必要之處置後，食品業者應依所定期限將處理過程、結果及改善情形等資料，報直轄市、縣（市）主管機關備查。
