The inspection authority may notify the Obligatory Inspection Applicant of decisions or actions taken under these regulations via electronic data transmission.Such notifications sent through the electronic data transmission system, Import Food Information System, shall be deemed delivered.

查驗機關依本辦法所為之決定或處置，得以電子資訊傳輸方式通知報驗義務人。
