Regulations of Inspection of Imported Foods and Related Products Article 22
When an imported product passes inspection and meets regulations, the inspection authority shall issue an import permit notification to the Obligatory Inspection Applicant through the Import Food Information System.The Obligatory Inspection Applicant shall collect the remaining samples stored by the inspection authority within 15 days of receiving the permit notification using the sampling voucher. However, for samples with a short shelf life, the inspection authority shall dispose of them directly.

輸入產品經查驗符合規定者，查驗機關經由邊境查驗自動化管理資訊系統，核發輸入許可通知予報驗義務人。
報驗義務人應自收受許可通知之日起十五日內，憑取樣憑單領取保存於查驗機關之餘存樣品；屆期未領取或樣品之性質不適合久存者，由查驗機關逕行處置。
