Regulations Governing Determination of the Label, Promotion and Advertisement of Foods and Food Products Identified as False, Exaggerated, Misleading or Having Medical Efficacy Article 6
The Regulations shall be implemented upon promulgation.Articles 4 of these Regulations, amended and promulgated on 4 Auguest 2020, shall take force from 1 July 2022.
