二、果蔬汁飲料工廠：
（一）充填設備。
（二）精濾機、離心機或均質機。
（三）殺菌設備。
飲料工廠視需要得具備下列生產及檢驗設備：
一、生產設備：
（一）一般飲料工廠：1.容器洗滌消毒設備。
2.貯水槽：其容量應足供當日加工用水量。
3.不銹鋼調和器及不銹鋼槽。
4.瓶裝飲料檢查設備、浸水槽及燈光透視檢查台。
5.瓶裝飲料自動裝瓶機及打蓋機。
6.罐裝飲料動力封蓋機。
7.碳酸氣混合機。
8.冷凍機。
（二）果蔬汁飲料工廠：1.容器洗滌消毒設備。
2.洗滌槽或迴轉式洗滌機。
3.破碎機。
4.榨汁機。
5.冷卻設備。
二、檢驗設備：
（一）顯微鏡。
（二）微生物檢驗設備。
（三）定溫保溫箱。
（四）pH測定器或試紙。
（五）糖度計或糖度折射計（包裝飲用水及礦泉水工廠除外）。
（六）秤量器。
（七）餘氯測定器或試紙。
（八）離心分離器及真空測定器。
（九）壓力測定器。
（十）濁度及色度測定設備。
