Western pharmaceutical wholesalers or retailers shall establish a Security and Maintenance Plan within six months after these Regulations take effect.Western pharmaceutical wholesalers or retailers shall retain the Security and Maintenance Plan in the preceding paragraph, and the competent authority may periodically send its personnel to inspect the plan.
