Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 58
The treatment of rejected finished products, bulk products, raw materials and packaging materials of the cosmetics manufacturer shall be regulated as follows:1. Investigation of rejected products or materials shall be conducted by authorized personnel.2. Decisions from quality control related authorized personnel to be made to determine any further action of the rejected items including destroying or reprocessing.

化粧品製造業者，應依下列規定，處理拒收之成品、半成品、原料及包裝材料：
一、由權責人員調查拒收之原因。
