The cleaning and sanitation of the facilities of the cosmetics manufacturing premises shall be regulated as follows:1. To conduct a specific cleaning and sanitation plan for each area, and to keep it in a clean condition.2. To enforce cleaning and necessary sanitation to ensure the products are not contaminated.3. To identify the specific kinds of the cleaning agents and sanitizers, and to ensure they work effectively.

化粧品製造廠房設施之清潔與消毒，應依下列規定辦理：
一、訂定每一區域之清潔及消毒計畫，並保持清潔狀態。
二、進行清潔與必要之消毒，確保產品不受污染。
